Nearby, as you travel towards the busy town of Cabo San Lucas you will pass some of the world's most beautiful golf courses, from the famed Palmilla to the new Cabo del Sol. The snorkeling and swimming at the corridor beaches of Chileno and Santa Maria are wonderful. Dive shops and fishing charters abound in the town of Cabo. Another great way to spend the day is to set sail on the Sea of Cortez with a sailing charter. It's a relaxing way to see the best spots, including Lover's Beach tucked away under Los Arcos, the picturesque natural archway seen from the beaches of Cabo San Lucas.
Surf shops can set you up with all of the gear you want to rent and then from Zipper's Bar and Grill, just down the beach, you can launch yourself with the locals. Driving up the coast, the Pacific surf takes over and some great breaks are found.
